Limerick PPN members invited to join Linkage Groups
Limerick PPN will shortly hold elections to elect PPN representatives to sit on the Local Community Development Committee, 5 Strategic Policy Committees and the Joint Policing Committee.
Limerick PPN members are reminded that in order to vote in an election for representation on a particular Local Authority committee your group/organisation must be a member of the relevant Linkage Group. For instance, only members of the Community Safety and Policing Linkage Group can elect representatives to the Joint Policing Committee (JPC).
Linkage Groups are open to all LPPN member organisations irrespective of Pillar. For a list of current Linkage Group members and to find out more about Linkage Groups go to limerickppn.ie
To join a Linkage Group simply email ppn@limerick.ie and list which Linkage Group(s) your group/organisation wishes to be a member of.
For any members of the Community, Voluntary, Social Inclusion and Environmental sectors of Limerick City and County who are not members of the PPN you can still register to join Limerick PPN or email ppn@limerick.ie for more details.
